What

Still Images

We’d like to create a series of five final key visuals using the photographic technique of light painting.

By combining continuous light, long exposure, and flash, we’re able to produce almost surreal imagery. Colorful light trails surrounding a sharply focused car.

Moving images

A key asset will also be a ”behind the scenes” video capturing the preparations, the full shooting process, and the final result.

Where

Location is key to the success of this project. We’re looking for a large open area with clean, dark asphalt where we can shoot at night, in complete darkness. It’s crucial to have the option of shooting from an elevated, stable structure that allows the camera to remain completely still during long exposures. Suitable locations could include an airfield, hangar, warehouse, or a large parking lot. A hangar or indoor space would offer more controlled conditions and eliminate the need to rely on good weather.
